A/N: This takes place about three years before the main Tender Years fic. It was inspired by a rather trying day of air travel I experienced a few months ago. I’m trying to explain why I wanted to write this story, and the best reason I can put into words is that this is one experience (of many untold) that helps Kurt trust people and the world a little more. Sorry for the lack of Blaine/Klaine.

Eleven-fifteen. They were supposed to depart at eleven-fifteen. Three fucking hours and forty-seven minutes ago.
It was officially impossible, Kurt had learned during those long, wretched ticks of the clock, to keep a four year old entertained for three hours and forty-seven minutes in an airport concourse.

Well, it’s not really fluff, but I think it’ll make you feel better. idk, it’s kind of a weird fic. Blaine isn’t in it at all. Which is probably a good thing since not a lot of people are going to like Blaine after tonight :/
